I’m Aaron Chaparian, a songwriter, producer, and mix/mastering engineer based in New Jersey and the owner of Iron Audio.

My recent work includes mixing the full-length Through Storms Ahead for As I Lay Dying and handling production, mixing, and mastering for Bleeding Through’s 2025 album Nine. I’ve also worked on releases for Frayle, Chimaira, Kublai Khan TX, Gideon, and others across modern metal and heavy alternative. Projects range from full-album production to single-track mixes and songwriting, depending on what each artist needs.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Music Industry with a minor in Audio Production, and I interned with Grammy-winning engineers Marc Urselli and Will Putney. I bring 15 years of experience focused on production, songwriting, and mixing for heavy artists.
